Our meal met all the requirements by useing fruit in the yogurt witch is also a dairy we used chicken as the protine and we used alot of difforent vegtibles in the quesadea and couscous and the cousecouse was our grain.

chicken was protein, oliveoil was my oil,along with almonds,i had vegtables in my couscous and fruit in the parfait. Grain was granola, dairy was yogurt and cheese.

It doesnt have to much oil. The meal was mostly grain, meat, and fruit. It had a good amount of dairy because of the cheese and milk. And the salad helped with the vegegies part.
